I have to add, as an administrator of a large group on Facebook, the efforts put forth by Facebook are miserably outdated and ineffective.

I have to work off platform for my group to be successful because of the lack of attempt at legitimate boundary setting or moderating repair conversations between members.

My group is successful on the Facebook platform in spite of the glaring deficiencies of the platform in genuine community building.
