I'm on quite the same journey, though I'm only 35 right now. Honestly the fact that I'm younger seems all the more horrifying- having more years to fill with so-called "purpose" feels like a lot to take on.

Anyhoo- if you haven't read about primal wounds, it's been my next step in healing and it's been incredibly therapeautic.
